Returns and Exchanges

1. Please email us at Support@4Hoodia.Com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. 4HOODIA.COM will not accept any package without prior approval and an assigned (RMA) Number.
2. We will only accept product returns that meet the following conditions:
a. Product has an expiration date greater than 3 (three) months.
b. All bottles and cases are complete, intact and in good condition.
c. Product must contain unused portions and be repackaged in an outer box.
d. No additional markings or labels have been added to the case or product.
e. Lot number of returned product is the same as lot number originally shipped.
f. Authorization for return has been granted by 4HOODIA.COM and the RMA number is visible on the outside of all returned packages.
3. The customer shall pay all shipping charges for returned product to 4HOODIA.COM, unless the nature of the return is due to 4HOODIA.COM error. Refunds will be issued minus postage and handling.
4. Original packing receipt must be included for any refunds to issued.
5. Our (Double-Check) packing system significantly reduces any chances of error. However, in the unlikely event that we shipped you an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the product or it will void your right to return it.
